Arrivals 25 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

If a removal of your previous set is required, the additional time has already been included in your appointment. A removal fee of £20 will apply.

I do not infill over other nail technicians’ work.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit.

No-shows may be unable to book future appointments.
