Arrivals 15 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee.

Arrivals 25 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Please arrive with bare, product free nails.

Any existing acrylic or gel polish must be removed prior to your appointment.

Soak-off charges may apply if removal is required.

I do not infill or work over other nail technicians’ work.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit.

No-shows may be unable to book future appointments.
